FGA Partners has made a commitment to support gender diversity in not only the finance industry but in business in general globally.

Our initiative will allow us to achieve greater diversity within FGA, our business partners and investments, particularly at the senior and executive levels. This will be merit based and not simply appointing someone to reach a set number, the skills must be in place that will become a value to FGA Partners, our business partners and investments.

We will seek out such individuals that have proven to be skilled in business, innovation and vision. We will seek out viable emerging companies globally with women at the helm.

We are not mandated to launch such an initiative however we feel that it is needed in order to develop the most diverse, growth oriented and passionate firm for our team, our business partners and investments.
